The biggest loser

Ok no pictures for this one, but we have started 4 weeks ago doing a biggest loser for our family. we have 3 people who need to lose weight, and 3 poeple who don't need to lose weight, so wthe skinny 3 are trainers for the 3 who need to lose weight.

We have been doing great, and eating healthy every night and through the day, we got rif od ALL the junk food in the house, sometimes horrible, but definately barible, and because the whole family is doing it, it is a lot easier. we all got gym passes, and work out every day as well.

Every Sunday night we do a weigh in, (on our wii fit) and each group comes up with a weekly challenge, and a prize for the winners. for example, we did a hoola hooping contest, and the winner got an extra date night that week.

So for the best part, i started out weighing 137 pounds, and in 4 weeks, i have lost 9 pounds, and am now down to 128 pounds. i still have a good 10-15 to go, but hopefully in the next xouple of months i will have met my goal.

  1. That's great that you have family support! I have to say though that 134 is one pound BELOW my goal! LOL You look great, and congrats on your 9 lb. loss!
